It's SUMMER!!!!!

So excited to finally be getting into the 60's on a regular basis up here in the mountains! Just finished my last bit of high school which means - MORE TIME FOR CANDLES!!!! The scent list has grown to more than 20 scents! Many of which are Spring and Summer scents! Since I am thrilled about the weather finally getting to the 60's I am going to do a 60% Off Shipping! I can also do "layered candles". My favorite one to do this with is Purely Peppermint, I do a layer of red, then white, and so on up the candle! It makes a gorgeous center piece at a family gathering. All of the scents are also available in tarts for Scentsy Candle warmers and any other candle warmer for that matter.... ;) Anyway enough of my rambling... Been a while?!

Well it has been a while but, I'm back! =D I am super excited too! Saturday is the Harvest Craft Festival in town and I am going to have a booth with my 10 NEW SCENTS!!!! So far my favorite of them all is the 'Campfire Coffee' from the Cowboy Cut Collection! I also got 'Weather Saddle' for the Cowboy Cut Collection. A few others are 'Purely Peppermint', 'Banana Nut Bread',  'Hot Cocoa', and 'Creme Brulee' just to mention a few. I hope that you will stop by and let me know what you think of these wonderful new scents! I will be there from 8 to 11:30. I will be setting up around 7:30 if I can get in the door, for those of you that had other things going on and have to come in early. I am so excited and can't wait to see the turnout!

Spring Contest

We had our Easter contest and it went good. I think that we should be able to get more people interested in our Spring Contest though.


This is for our Spring contest! You have to vote for your favorite scent by leaving a comment with the "scent number".

Supplies

   I was finally able to get my supplies! I also got one new scent. If you would like to order a candle or two let me know and I will get you a list of scents, some examples of the containers I have, and prices. I am so excited to have the new liquid dyes which makes the candle making process a little quicker! Don't forget to share the site with your friends.

Supplies!

I haven't been able to get my supplies for about a month now and i finally got someone to pick them up for me since i cant get down to get them because of weather. I will be able to pick it up from them in about a week or so and then i will get to try out my new liquid dyes!!!! I am super excited! =)

Trip to Denver

At the moment I am out of supplies so I ordered candles and went down to Denver to pick the supplies up and found out they were closed on saturday when we were there. Thankfully that is not the only thing that we went down there for. Trying to figure out how to get it with out paying $30 for shipping. Anyone have any ideas?

Finally!

I am pleased to introduce to you Sister Scents. Sister Scents was started in the summer of 2010 by my future sister-in-law and myself. Since she is in college full time, I am handling the business. We were able to do two craft fairs together before she left for college. I am now making more candles than ever! Check the blog often to see which scents I am currently working with and to leave your special requests.
